Travel by bus from Tauranga city centre
For the BLACKCAPS vs Australia matches on Friday and Saturday, you can travel with ease from the city centre to Bay Oval, with a free ride home after the match.
Getting there:
Hop on the Number 5 bus from Durham Street Bus Hub. You'll be dropped off at Totara Street, just a short walk to Bay Oval. Standard fares apply on the way over (Bee Card or cash).
Getting home:
After the match, enjoy a free ride back to the city centre. Buses will be waiting on Miro Street outside Bay Oval to take you back to Hamilton Street in Tauranga city centre.

The Number 5 bus service departs from Durham Street to Totara Street, every 15 minutes on Friday and every 30 minutes on Saturday.
