Tauranga Art Gallery Toi Tauranga invites you to join our Director, Sonya Korohina, for one of our free public art walking tours!
The sessions will run from 12-1pm on the last Thursday of each month. Starting on Willow Street you will be guided through the CBD, visiting five significant public artworks:
- Sara Hughes’ - Midnight Sun, Manākitanga, and other works by Whare Thompson, Peata Larkin’s - Rauhea, Hairy Maclary and Friends, and Kelcy Taratoa’s - Kotahitanga.
The tour is fully accessible and dog friendly… but be prepared for some walking!
