Please note:
- Classes will be friendly to all abilities, but you must be able to get up and down from ground level.
- In the event of wet weather, the class will move to The Pilates Fix studio, Level one, 12 Elizabeth street. Limited numbers, so you must be registered to attend the indoor class.
- Register via The Pilates Fix App under "courses" at thepilatesfix.co.nz or simply turn up at the waterfront
- Please note, there is limited space if the session needs to move indoors, so you must be registered to attend the indoor class.
