Health Quarters, in partnership with Downtown Tauranga, invites you to free functional training classes and mindfulness sessions starting on March 1 2025. Designed for all fitness levels, these free sessions combine mindful movement, functional strength, and meditative practices to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.
How to Join:
- Sign up using the booking link
- Download the HQ Fitness app: After registering, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up the Health Quarters Fitness app. Complete the short consultation form and PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to help us tailor your experience.
- Book your classes: Use the app to reserve your spot. We have a limit of 12 people per class for semi-personalised sessions.
