A hands-on workshop with simple meat curing, essential knife skills, and a shared meal.

Join Chef James for an engaging, hands-on introduction to two fundamental kitchen crafts: curing bacon and mastering essential knife skills. Learn how to turn simple pork into delicious homemade bacon, then explore how to use, maintain and sharpen your knives confidently and safely.

The session concludes with a shared meal, featuring dishes that have been crafted with your knife skills and freshly cured bacon. You’ll leave with practical knowledge, extra confidence in the kitchen, and your own bacon to take home and enjoy.

Participants will prepare their own bacon, then take it home to finish curing (full instructions provided).

Dairy-free and gluten-free dietary requirements can be catered for. Please note any requirements when purchasing your ticket.
