Marra Sprint Triathlon

The Marra Sprint Triathlon at Mount Maunganui on 9 March 2025 is a great Sprint Distance Tri to close your season on. The signature event is the Sprint Distance, being a 750m swim along the shore, 20km Cycle on a flat 2 lap course, and a 5km run around the Mauao Base Track.

This event attracts many local and visiting athletes and caters for novice to experienced athletes of all abilities. This is a friendly event that always has a great atmosphere and attracts some fantastic participants to the local shores.

Monster/Short: 400m + 10K + 2K
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K
