Master Kong After Dark is a reimagined Asian night market where fearless flavour meets local creativity. For one night only, Master Kong will transform into a multi-sensory street-style market, with food stalls offering a bold, innovative take on Asia’s most loved dishes, crafted with ingredients sourced from the Bay of Plenty.
Wander through the space as you taste, sip, and discover - from sizzling skewers to reimagined desserts - while soaking in the sounds, lights, and aromas of an Asian market after dark.
Your ticket includes a welcome drink and two tasters.
This event is part of the Flavours of Plenty Festival, an annual celebration of the Coastal Bay of Plenty’s vibrant food scene. The festival runs from 16 April to 3 May 2026.
