Dr Tracey Clissold - bone health
Dr Clissold has been a lecturer in Sports Science and Nutrition for over 30 years. This led to undertaking research in the area of preventative bone health and being part of a team that has developed the App OSTEO-GAINS. Tracey is excited to share how easy it is to fit a brief (but effective) bone-building exercise routine into your busy life. Find out more at osteo-gains.com

Dr Rochelle Leppard - stress
Rochelle's personal experience of burnout while working in the overseas corporate wold led her to enrol in a Bachelor of Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine once she returned to NZ. She now runs her own clinical practice seeing clients with all manner of complaints or diagnoses. She maintains a particular interest in working with burnout, fatigue, stress and disordered nervous systems. Rochelle is passionate about demystifying wellness jargon into simple, everyday habits and truly believes that good health can be simple and inexpensive once we get the basics right.
