A five-course culinary journey through India, led by chef Aditya Raut.

Step into a new chapter of Indian cuisine with chef Aditya Raut, our 2024 festival Battle of the Snack winner. This year’s dinner showcases the bold, diverse flavours of India through a five-course menu that goes far beyond traditional curries. 

Drawing from his childhood, regional travels, and contemporary techniques, Aditya will be reimagining classic dishes using local ingredients. A flavour-packed journey that celebrates creativity, culture and culinary innovation. Brought to you by The Common Kitchen.

Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free dietary requirements can be catered for. Please note any requirements when purchasing your ticket.

This event is part of the Flavours of Plenty Festival, an annual celebration of the Coastal Bay of Plenty’s vibrant food scene. The festival runs from 16 April to 3 May 2026.
