Downtown Carnival is still ON!

On Saturday, 19 and Sunday, 20 April, the heart of Downtown Tauranga will come alive with jazz and blues inside some of your favourite bars and cafes. Great food, drinks, and live music in cosy, vibrant spots around the city.

Celebrate Easter with Aotearoa New Zealand’s top musicians, performing live at the Strand, Wharf Street, and Red Square.

Dance outdoors to spectacular acts on the five stages or relax inside bars and restaurants and listen to live music

Jump to the sounds of some of your favourite festival bands. Latin and world jazz from Radio Rebelde, Candombe-jazz from Uruguayan The Charruas, the irrepressible Miho’s Jazz Orchestra, funk it up with Lou’ana, classic swing from BP’s own Jeremy Hantler and the Nature Boys, local blues favourites Kokomo, Wellington’s Funky Mama and so much more.
