The Ocean Swim Series is coming back to the stunning Mount Maunganui. Join us on April 18 2026, at Main Beach where we will have the event for you. With 4 different events, we have something for all ages and abilities, so bring the whole family along.
What we have on offer:
- 2.8km Around Rabbit Island: A sweeping endurance course circling Rabbit and Leisure Islands—perfect for challenge-seekers and open-water veterans
- 1.2km Around Leisure Island: A shorter but equally scenic loop, ideal for those ready to step up from beach swimming
- 500m The Main Beach: A perfect introduction to ocean swimming, featuring a triangle course out and back from Main Beach
- 100/200m OceanKids: Free for 6–12-year-olds, this is a fun, safe challenge along the beach.
