Matariki Light Up the Waterways is back!
Join Visit Pāpāmoa on Friday, 10 July as this much-loved community event returns, transforming the Pāpāmoa Waterways into a magical illuminated walking trail.
To help make the experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone, entry will be through free ticketed time slots this year. Book your preferred time slot in advance via the link provided.
Please note: Tickets booked between 3pm and 5:30pm will attend during the light. This is due to the original schedule with our staged event that has since been removed. If you would prefer an evening (dark) show please book one of the 6pm, 7pm, or 8pm slots.
Wrap up warm, gather your whānau and friends, and enjoy an evening celebrating Matariki.
Parking is available at Pāpāmoa Plaza, simply follow the event signage to the start of the walking trail.
Santa Monica Drive will be closed between Sandspit Way and Gravatt Road from 3pm–9pm, with roads reopening earlier if possible.
