A Business Women’s Network Speaker Series celebrating the courage, growth, and resilience of women in business.

This year, we explore what it means to step confidently into change, embrace opportunities, and lead with intention.

Across four inspiring sessions, our speakers will share insights, stories, and strategies that empower you to evolve your mindset, elevate your impact, and boldly shape your future — both personally and professionally. Below is the epic lineup we have for 2026:

Hilary Barry is one of New Zealand’s most loved broadcasters, known for her authenticity, humour, and remarkable career journey. She'll share lessons on embracing change, backing yourself, and evolving with confidence through life's many transitions.

Morgan Penn is an award winning podcaster and somatic sexologist focused on confidence, self worth, and personal wellbeing. She'll share insights on self awareness, communication, boundaries, and emotional resilience, with practical tools for showing up more confidently in both work and life.

Ellen Joan Ford is a military veteran, leadership expert, and author who brings a grounded, real world perspective on leadership and decision making under pressure. She will focus on what it takes to step up in challenging environments, build resilience in action, and lead others with clarity, confidence, and purpose when the stakes are high.

Jacinta Horan is a Tauranga based business owner, high performance physiotherapist, and this year's  Excellent Woman in Leadership award winner at the Tauranga Business Awards. She will share practical insights from working with elite athletes and running a successful business, focusing on high performance habits, consistency, and what it takes to sustain success in demanding environments.
