Embark on an exciting journey into the fungal kingdom at McLaren Falls park! Let the creative and knowledgeable leaders from the Fungi Fest NZ team lead you through the trail, sharing insights into the diverse and fascinating fungi flourishing in our natural surroundings.

What to Expect:

•  Guided Fungi Exploration: Navigate McLaren Falls park with some of the Fungi Fest Team, uncovering a diverse array of fungi species.
•  Interactive Learning: Use the provided mini activity booklet to find different types of mushrooms.
•  Photography Opportunities: Capture the intricate details of mushrooms with your camera or smartphone, creating lasting memories of your mushroom exploration.

Event Details:

Ages: 4 years +, recommended for 4-7 year olds.
Koha/donation: this will be collected on the day. If your Koha is money then cash only please - this will go towards our facilitators transport costs.

Bookings are essential due to limited spaces
