Downtown Tauranga is excited to invite you to join us for a series of free Wellness Sessions this January, organised in partnership with Health Quarters.
These sessions are designed to help you start 2025 with new tools for both your physical and mental health. Whether you’re new to wellness practices or looking to refresh your current routine, we’ve got something for everyone.
Each session will focus on:
- Mindful Movement: Gentle exercises to help you connect with your body and the present moment.
- Functional Strength: Practical movements to improve your everyday strength and resilience.
- Body Awareness: Tips to improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
- Meditative Practices: Guided meditations to reduce stress and calm the mind.
We’ll be offering 8 sessions throughout January – lunchtime and evenings. The 8 sessions will have a smooth progression from Day 1 through to the 8th session, but you can join at any sessions along the way!! The programme is designed to be accessible for beginners, as there are regressions and progressions for all exercises.
Anyone with injuries will be invited to attend a complimentary intro session with Health Quarters coaches. Likewise, if anyone feels they need more after January you are welcome to join Health Quarters regular classes at their gym at 67 Willow street.
These sessions are free to attend, but spaces are limited, so please rsvp to secure your spot.
