Unleash your creativity with this unique pottery experience! Join our mini pottery workshop to craft a mushroom trinket dish to take home. Make a dish, add gills or pores, add a stipe and you will have a whimsical new home for your jewellery or small trinket treasures. Decide if you want it to have a wide open cap or a more closed up one, with a frilled edge or straight, and a tall or short stipe. Under expert guidance, shape, personalizes and underglaze (colour) your piece, bringing pottery to life in this unique hands-on workshop. Suitable for all skill levels, come and explore the world of clay by creating a unique mushroom dish!
What to Expect:
- Hand building: Learn to roll, shape and assemble you clay into a special work of art
- Learn about mushrooms: from spores to stipes and everything in between, learn all about the different parts of a mushroom, the different types, and why fungi matter so much.
Suitable for: All skill levels, from beginners to experienced potters
Please note: All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult - we are all about learning together!
