- Viktoriya will open the space with gentle breathwork to ground and connect.
- Sophie will guide a fun and accessible partner yoga flow — full of lightness, support, and shared laughter.
- We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing meditation led by Viktoriya to leave you feeling nourished and restored.
After our 90-minute session, stay a little longer for tea, snacks, and soulful conversation in a cosy, welcoming space.
