Join us for the HoopNation Classic 2024, New Zealand's largest independent basketball tournament! This year, we are thrilled to welcome a record-breaking 205 teams competing across various age groups, from 14U boys and girls to elite men's and women's divisions. Over four action-packed days during Labour Weekend, witness some of the finest basketball talent New Zealand has to offer, along with 16 teams from Australia (including participants from Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra) and one team from Tonga.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary, this marks the 10th year of hosting in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. With over 2,000 athletes participating, this is our biggest event to date!

The tournament will be held across five premier venues: Mercury Baypark, QEYC, Mount Sports Centre, Tauranga Boys' College, and Aquinas College. Games will tip off daily at 8am, ensuring a full day of thrilling basketball action.
