As part of Tauranga City Council’s Winter Wellness on the Waterfront, we invite you to join our Mindful Movement sessions – a gentle, welcoming way to ease back into physical activity.
Led by Diego Rosenberg, Director of Health Quarters Well-being Centre in downtown Tauranga, these sessions are thoughtfully designed for those looking to reintroduce safe, functional movement into their lives.
Through a blend of flexibility and mobility drills, balance and alignment techniques, breath work, and body awareness practices, you'll reawaken your body in a calm and supportive environment – with the waterfront as your backdrop.
Whether you're aiming to improve daily movement, reconnect with your body, or simply take a mindful pause, this is your invitation to move with care and intention. No prior experience needed – just a willingness to begin.
