Halloween in Tauranga
Tauranga… are you ready for something epic this Halloween?!
We’re bringing the community an indoor Family Friendly Halloween party - think spooky rave vibes, lighting, smoke machines, DJ, roaming entertainers, costume catwalk, competitions, photo stations, creepy decorations, and so much more.
This is a safe, fun, family-friendly, and inclusive alternative to Trick-or-Treating, with something for everyone. Whether you’ve got toddlers, teens, or you’re coming dressed up yourself… ALL ages are welcome to join the fun, just keeping in mind that costumes aren’t to be
horrifying or gory. We want everyone to have a great time and not be left terrified.
This will be an inclusive event and we warmly welcome people of all abilities and disabilities to attend. The venue has wheelchair access, support workers assisting guests are welcome free of charge, and trained first aiders will be on site to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
Low Sensory Session 4.30pm to 5.30pm
To help make our Halloween Disco accessible to as many people as possible, we will be running a Low Sensory Session. This session is designed for people with disabilities, sensory sensitivities, autism, anxiety, or anyone who may benefit from a quieter and less crowded environment. During this time, music volume will be reduced, lighting effects will be limited, and attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy the decorations and activities at their own pace.
This will be a ticketed event - tickets will be required for entry.
