Due to the current weather warning in Tauranga, we’ve made the decision to postpone tonight’s Women’s Health and Menopause info session.

The session will now take place on Thursday 22 January, and will be combined with The Four Pillars of Health. The Women’s Health and Menopause section will be the first topic starting at 6pm. Due to two sessions running on the same night, the evening will finish slightly later at 7.15pm.

A practical lifestyle workshop supporting women through their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. We’ll explore how hormonal changes influence energy, mood, body composition and recovery across different life stages.

The session provides a clear overview of nutritional and training requirements during perimenopause, menopause and post-menopausal years, with practical guidance on how to adapt exercise, fueling and daily habits to support long-term health, strength and vitality.

Grounded, realistic and empowering. No fads, just what actually works for women at each stage.

Free to attend, however registrations are required.
