How do we keep on keeping on through the rollercoaster of life? We’re in a chaotic world at a chaotic time politically, economically, environmentally and maybe even personally.

Join resilience experts Dr Lucy Hone, writer and artist Kalou Koefoed and iconic musician Jon Toogood for a kōrero about how they personally navigate ups and downs and what tools they’ve gathered to help ride out turbulence, overcome anxiety, live with grief, find the light in the dark. How can creativity, knowledge and science help us all? Chaired by Kimberley Kearney (Ngāti Maniapoto, Tūhoe), author of The Lost Words.
