Returning to The Cargo Shed on Saturday 29 November 2025, this high-energy evening is where 50s vintage style meets carnival fun, wrapped in a vibrant social setting filled with music, food, dancing, and flair. Brewery, winery and multiple distillers under one roof! Plus our main bar with all your favourites.

Whether you're planning a date night, rallying your besties, or booking an unforgettable work Christmas party, Carnival of Taste is the ultimate way to wrap up the year in bold, festive style.

Dress code: 1950s / Rockabilly! Think grease lighting pink ladies - danny and the boys.

What to expect
Doors open at 6:00pm, and the party kicks off with:

• Live entertainment from our band, Midnight Fizz
• Food Truck vendors offering delicious bites to purchase
• Craft cocktails and alcohol-free options from local distilleries! Talk to the makers , learn the process and craft. Gin, Vodka, rum and tequila.
• Local brewery and award winning Hawks Bay Winery with tasty pours.
• Spot prize for best dressed and a free Seaside Sippers branded KeepCup with every ticket
• Dance performance by the Tauranga RocknRoll Club to kick the night off 50s style!
