Phoebe de Jong is a New Zealand Nutrition Society Registered Nutritionist, and helps women of all ages and abilities use nutrition as a tool to get the most out of their training goals, performance and health. During the evening she will share insights into what good nutrition looks like and how to incorporate this into your everyday life.
With over sixteen years of experience in the Women’s Health space, Phoebe specialises in helping women achieve their training goals and improve their performance and health through informed nutrition choices. She has a background in both exercise physiology and nutrition, and is passionate about empowering women to optimise their health at every stage of life. When she’s not helping others achieve their nutrition goals, you can find her running on a trail or supporting her daughters in their sporting pursuits.
This talk is for women of all ages, including active female teens who want to support their sporting goals and overall wellbeing.
