Dr Simon Taylor is a prominent physicist and educator. Simon has studied astrophysics, quantum mechanics, researched children’s perceptions of learning, he has a deep fascination since he was a boy on space travel and galactic knowledge. He currently lectures at the University of Waikato and is a keen advocate to encourage greater consultation and participation with the public on physics and astrophysics. Simon has publicly lectured on the Universe is dancing in cosmic order, nuclear fusion, cosmo-chemistry, the beauty of physics and music, the physics of surfing, and learning futures.
